Sudan and Uganda: €13.1 million in additional humanitarian funding to Africa’s Upper Nile region

The European Union has decided to allocate an initial €1.7 million in humanitarian funding for the provision of emergency assistance to those most affected by typhoon Rai in the Philippines, locally known as typhoon Odette.
