COVID-19: Council agrees to extend the Regulation establishing the EU Digital COVID Certificate

The Permanent Representatives Committee (Coreper) formally endorsed the Council’s negotiating mandate with the European Parliament to extend the Regulation establishing the EU Digital COVID Certificate.
